Gary - so glad for your post >>>But, what these folks fail to see it that customers don't buy technology...they buy solutions. Cisco delivers solutions based on proven, usable technology.<< I too was getting tired of the technical battle; when in fact technology by itself is NOT what wins. It's the value you provide to your customers; they are the ones that let you know if you're doing the right thing. I know that CSCO and Chambers listen.... John has said it over and over: 'What do we need to do to ensure that you are successful'. If the customer's are successful in their strategies and solutions so is Cisco. Laura
