All,

CNBC just said that Morgan Stanley is being fined heavily for manipulating stock prices near options expiration date on 10 different NASDAQ stocks. I know some think that the conspiracy theory is BS.
When it comes to Vivus you better believe that the stock is manipulated. Once the MMs have held the small time longs upside down and shaken the last change out of our pockets, then suddenly and for no good news info the stock will start moving back up. The reason it will be moving back up is because the MMs will be covering their shorts and buying at much lower prices we ever had a chance to buy in at cause who sold already lost their money and those still holding have no more money to spend since it is all tied up in Vivus. HA HA
