OMG. I heard it on CNBC as well. That size fine will not even put a dent in their psyche. Besides, the fine money should be parceled out to traders (us). It is discouraging, but at least it explains things. Thanks for the post. Charger

Is Morgan Stanley one of CVIA's MM? Can you post tomorrow (a.m.) the MM line-up? You also mentioned you can see 300,000 in buy orders at .02 with Level II...can you also see the sell orders and stop loss limits if any exist? I was really curious about the one hour sell off - it looked like a quick 2MM in sells, all in relatively "large blocks" (50K and up) without any buys. It just didn't look right... I'm gonna look in my couch for some more change and buy me some more shares...
