LE,

If I didn't know any better I'd say you almost sound a bit upbeat and/or positive about FAMH. I think I need to lay down and rest for a while....

Hi Little Engine-Thanks for your opinion before on that Non-Firamada related issue. Question---- I am puzzled with Atrix shares going down and a $4 dollar minimum under rule #4330 if for example a person had 10,000 shares of Famh when all is said and done how many shares of the new company will they have?Would you or some other kind soul please enlighten the rest of us who do not understand.Blessings and Thanks,MiriamsSon

Little Engine, Thanks for the information. I'm new to this sort of thing, but I'm trying to learn. Thanks to everyone for the education. I thought it (the financial statement) may be needed for the merger, however I wasn't sure. I also wondered if maybe the plans to get NASDAQ listing may have changed. You cleared it up.. Thanks,

Lonnie

LE,

That was a well written explanation. If the financial record is
presented to NASDAQ that indicates to me that we are on the right
road to accountability. The other point you brought up regarding
the $4.00 share price also needs to be explored. How do we get
there from here. We know a reverse merger will get us there, but
at what cost? Correct me if I'm wrong, we need to have a combined
company share price of $4.00 on day one. Is this share price market driven or set by the company as determined by the premerger share price of FAMH? I guess I am asking what mechanism determines the initial price.

Kevin

Bzzzzz....Wrong answer. Only the maintenance requirements for Nasdaq listing need to be met, since Atrix is aquiring Firamada.

The only deficiency right now (and which will delay the merger from occuring) is a lack of audited financials on the part of Firamada, which is a maintenance requirement for Nasdaq listing.

Anyways I wish everybody here good luck and I'll be watching this company any may consider getting back in when financials are produced (but what can anybody expect from a BB stock, much less financials) and the Myriad aquistion is officially completed.
