To All.... HD filed a 14a last week. That is their SEC filing for the Annual meeting and the business to be conducted. In short, one of the issues to be voted on by the share holders is a increase in authorized shares. They are asking for 1.5 times the current level. IMHO, this means a stock split is forthcoming. Based on this, I expect an announcement by on or before the May 28th annual meeting. Again , this is my opinion and interpretation. Make your own conclusions. freeedgar.com Long and loving it. Tom
