Well I guess the sanctions are a start. But a $100,000. fine in my opinion is just not enough to stop the manipulation. They make $500,000. and them get fined only $100,000. Not a bad deal that is only 20% Eventually all this will get sorted out. Thanks for the news, it is postive, and at least the powers that be are trying to curb the problems in the system. Toni
