Pennygod,
thanx for forwarding CSHK. Just to tell You I'm not too excited about Y2K plays. Only company I like in this field is TPRO because it's in a niche: embedded systems. Most other plays I would not do. Especially those "BODY-SHOPS" SYNT & CMND like I don't subscribe to. I call them bloated code generation facilities. Just more of the same old & yet obsolete COBOL & AS/400 stuff. Instead of downsizing & migration to client/server which is not only a shortterm problem solver as the "body-shop"-approach but a longterm MIS paradigm change as well - I feel at least You should be in sync with the companies' strategies You are investing in. Will do my DD on it nevertheless.

Nevertheless I got some serious reservations about CSHK just from Your post - so my state of opinion is precipitate and incomplete to say the least:
1) Rumors as a pick of a stock instead of DD ??
2) Don't know whether CSHK is a reporting company
3) How many shares are REALLY outstanding and authorized ? No one knows for sure in a non-reporting entity. Volume this spring (since February) is much higher than the total tradable float the company seems to hint. This reminds me that they are selling shares into tthe float
4) Lack of DD (my own fault)
5) Pick of a Newsletter specializing in OTC/BB issues
now the last might not be especially bad - it nevertheless creates momentum. In such cases I like to be in BEFORE that announcement from the newsletter is being made <G>
6) In all momentum plays (all OTC/BB are except where Your own DD supports a LONG hold) it's always good to buy in at levels of former lcal lows and sell at double / 3x / 4x levels - not vice versa <G>

This means to me: I can wait. I could buy this one at 0.30-0.35 and sell it near $0.90 after some hypsterrs raise their voice. Don't get me wrong. You are hinting me this stock at DEPRESSED levels which is a non-hype indication of Your pick and justifites a long position if the stock dropped to levels of former local low. So thanks for this BB-pickl - even if I'm not going to play it right now..

best wishes
CROSSY

What I like in this stock is that the volume is not too high. Spread is also reasonable. Also
