Just checked IBD. Semiconduct eqipment is still listed as the weakest in terms of the group strength. Hope ppl are starting to accumulate. Heard a lot of talk about CMP technology as one of the hottest in semiconduct equipment. AMAT is catching up in this area. How about the new technology that UTEK is working on? I am wondering why AMAT is not investing in this area. Too many players in this area? For Utek to keep 28% growth rate, their new product MUST contribute decently. Ppl always say "it is for sure, it is just when". Hope it is true from the end of 1998.
