Barbara, the rotation $$$ could slow but as long as the net $$$ market outflow is not increasing ... my sense is that the markets will churn and consolidate. From my view DOW 8500 plus or minus 700 points is a healthy framework for sector rotation to occur. Once or twice a year, the market has a broad selloff. I'm looking for a pause now and a top later. On keeping powder dry, always a good thing to have on hand. Some people have been keeping their powder dry for the last 2500 points waiting for the BK. My regards.
