Hi, Dusty. I don't think it's a question of legal troubles. The lawyer just hasn't released the financials and, apparently, hasn't given Mr. Brody a reason. Maybe his copier is broken, who knows how lawyers think? So we just sit and rock, dozing off, waiting, waiting. Do you know what that squabble's about with Definitions? Is it an issue? Does it matter? I saw the post on Definition's thread a couple of weeks ago and had no idea what it was about. Perhaps the delay has something to do with that???? Maybe someone should give Mr.Brody a call today.What should we ask? So far we have: 1. Do you know when the financials will be released? 2. If not, have you been given a reason for the delay? 3. Does the Definitions suit and counter-suit have any bearing on the delay? And what is that about,anyway? Anything else?
