Here's some good news: Biopool gets FDA ok to market new product VENTURA, Calif., April 14 (Reuters) - Biopool International Inc. said Tuesday it had received Food and Drug Administration approval to market a new screening product for use in hospital blood banks and commercial reference labs. The product is a fetal screening test for the detection of D(Rh) positive red cells. The company said failure to determine the correct dosage of Rh immune globulin in pregnant women can cause ''serious consequences in future pregnancies.'' Judy
