Vivus management holds 7.61% or 2,645,922 shares of this company. They also have a large amount of options that they can exercise within a 60 day window starting on March 1st 1998...And have just completed a stock buyback of 2 million shares (1.63 mill shares in the first qtr 98..the rest in 1997).
