Everyone must do what they have to do. I respect your decision, its your investment. My feeling is that the investor/lender is for real, whatever reason, the money is delayed. He's a lender, he's contractually bound. Also, he's Chinese, he'd lose face in at least 2 continents if he walked away from his obligation.
So, though I understand the urgency, I myself have several thousand dollars invested in RMIL. I feel cooler heads prevail. Morgan & Breton are not idely waiting for the $10MM, supposedly they're working on other things as well...to pressure them to make public statements before there is something to say is, IMO, counter-productive. I believe we will be hearing from Puhr and the investor very soon. Then I would hope an audited 10K follows...then trading.
The float is in name form. So, I believe that agressively demanding statements or SEC involvement is to sabotage the squeeze and sever any hope of the RMCW deal from going on as contractually set forth.
Though I applaud the active role shareholders are taking. I find it quite disturbing to see these "new' shareholders align themselves, no matter how vaguely, with the likes of Tonto and s martin. It raises eyebrows to their authenticity.
