Mr Masters has spent his entire career in the healthcare industry, including 20 years with Warner-Lambert. Since leaving Warner-Lambert where he was a group president, Mr Masters has held senior management positions with a number of biotechnology companies in the US and Canada. Mr Masters currently serves on the board of several publicly traded companies in Canada and the US He is a former board member of the Biotech Industry Organization in Washington and currently serves on the board of associates of the Whitehead Institute at MIT, as well as the board of visitors at Boston University School of Medicine.
