Sunluvr,

Sorry, but this is where I draw the line. You're not calling for your certs. "the company has gotten its last cent out of you." Assuming it is a local phone call to your broker, please spend the last 3 1/2 cents to call for your cert. Let's all play this game to the fullest extent.

If it doesn't come off, I will say it's because of people like you. If it doesn't come off, you may say "well, they didn't need me anyway." If it doesn't come off, I can say that at least I did my part.

If it DOES come off, wouldn't it be great to say "I helped to make it happen!"

I just hate to see stubborness override good sense. I'm not saying it's gonna' happen but, PULEASE! everyone do your part. Please. Don't be stubborn. What's the harm in playing along, huh? If it does come off, you can say you were part of the solution.

This the one part of the equation where I most certainly agree with my friend, Pugs. We have to do our parts! If you refuse to do at least this much, then I have to feel you wanted something for absolutely nothing and I have no sympathy for you.

It's the guy who says "I did everything I was supposed to do, I called for my certs, I was a loyal supporter," that's the guy I really care about.

If there is a problem with this thinking, Sunluvr, please tell me. I didn't mean to get in your face, but we are known for our solidarity. Let's intensify that solidarity. I do believe we will prevail, one way or the other.

Very best regards,

Angel

Then lose everything you invested in RMIL.

I DO APPLAUD YOUR UNTIRING EFFORT, but as I said calling for my certs now is another cost(previous post) for RMIL that I don't wish to incur.

Seems that many other lurkers out there have not called in the RMIL they CLAIM to own in street name. Well folks, the one on my list (approx 200 shareholders) have 99% of the December 20, 1997 public float in cert form with another (approx) four hundred thousand pending delivery! RMIL claims that their were 526 shareholders as of Jan. 05th, 1998, and since were were halted December 22, 1997 this means that approx 326 shareholders are not on my list. So with half the reported shareholders reporting cert numbers to me me have 99% of the public float in cert form! Just think what would happen if the remain 60 percent called their certs! But as in public elections, it appears that less than half the people vote and the other 60% complain that they are not represented!
