No way. None. I'll eat my keyboard if I'm wrong.

Yes... I had heard that M$ was interested in Stonybrook, and I was wondering if ASND got them to get attn... Kind of like getting CSCC.

I have some inside posts..... I'll post much later..(like a year from now).. to explain the whole story.

Have you heard of the SEC's new law regarding rumors

You will be getting a call from the SEC regarding your post #44093.
You can explain to them how and where you got your little rumor
" one one of the message boards " . I noticed how the longs really
did not complain, because your crap may benefit them. I have
your e-mail address from your profile and will forward all this
information to the SEC, if you do not retract all your rumors and apologize
to all the readers on this thread long or short. You even admit to being
biased and holding calls and selling puts. Your actions are exactly what
this new SEC law is meant to enforce. I am as serious as a heart attack.

Jeff

That's just simply preposterous. Flat out crap. I'd suggest you not post this again....

beach, the day MSFT invests in a HW networking company will be the day I sell my MSFT.

Now I have an even better rumor. Bill Gates ponies up a cool $8B or so and buys ASND just because "that would be cool"...

Leaves him with only a $42B nestegg. :(

SEC LAW VIOLATOR
The new SEC laws regarding rumors was drafted to prevent exactly
this type of thing from happening.
Hello. A friend I have who works for a small software company said he knows somebody who told him that Microsoft is
interested in Ascend and will soon make a bid. I'm really skeptical and wondering if anyone has heard the same. He said that Microsoft
wants their switching business which is going great as more people utilize the internet. He also said Microsoft wants their
programmers that Ascend retained after they bought Stonybrook Software on Long Isalnd. I don't know if this is true but it's sounds
great and I would love to make some dough if he's correct. Anyone have a comment.
This is an example of what not to do on a message board. If Mr. thebeach
does not print a public retraction and post a public apology, you will probably
be reading about him in the stock papers soon. I am going to turn him into
the Securities and Exchange Commission. He later posts that he has bought
call option and sold puts ( motive ) He is in big trouble unless he posts a public
apology and retraction.
