I doubt this delisting seriously since all US investors wouldn't be able to trade until August 3rd. This would be an innovative way too keep your shareholders ;-))

BTW, news for SAP just out, unfortunately only in German:

Sales and costs are up 62% which is much better than expected. Demand is high but currency gains did also contribute. Final results will be made public on April 21st.
SAP shares are trading at DM 800 right now.
