I don't get it either. I have been lurking here for awhile and jtechkid and others had PHD at $15M +. It would be nice to know if it was a straight cash deal at $7M.

How was the $15M+ value for PHD derived? Was that with some guidance from DSSI management? If so, are the other parts of DSSI really any better than the stock currently indicates? Maybe some of the bears out there are right.

For the record, I am long both DSSI and TSEMF, but I would like more information from management (like everyone else).

Well, I guess PHD had a few revenues, so maybe between revenues and the $7 million, they at least broke even on it...MAYBE...

Probably a lot more than they can say about Cybercard...

Seems like these days you can bring a total dog with no revenues or earnings public and get $100 million market cap...would have preferred to see PHD brought public to generate some interest from the Wall Street community, but I guess it didn't have the goods....

Mark.
