The point I was trying to make is that the upside, in my opinion, far outweighs the downside, especially since the WWWC / RTL agreement is now signed. Unfortunately for USAG shareholders, the USAG / WWWC agreement fell through. However, I feel that the agreement with RTL, a Canadian company, offers increased safeguards to the Victorian attitudes of the US Govt., and is a strong vehicle for growth.

You are right that there are several variables that need to be effectively addressed for RTL to become the homerun we know it can be. As with any business, success is determined by the ability of the assembled team to execute the game plan. Given the exploding nature of internet gaming and the success of the software to date, I like our odds.
