Michael, Heard of the Communications Decency Act? It was thrown out by the US Supreme Court as too broad.

Stick is yelping about a dead 1996 issue. It's come and gone.

Umm, I think you ought to read up on the Communications
Decency Act, and the Supreme Court decision that threw out
its anti-pornography provisions on First Amendment grounds,
saying, in brief, that content available to adults and
children on the net cannot be restricted so that it is
suitable for children. Doing so violated the rights of
the adults. Some of the Justices remarked that parents
bore prime responsibility in this matter, and evidence
was entered that a number of software "filters" could
be used to limit access of children to pornography.

Congress passed the law, Clinton signed it, but it's no
longer law. End of story.
