Neat. Morgan is so powerful; I would not think this is improbable at all.

I traded for a time for a firm that cleared through Morgan. MS was considered to be a god by SOES traders, daytraders, everybody. They could do just about anything they wanted. I am a little surprised, but it does seem highly do-able for MS.
