David,

I am glad you still think this baby is going to tank by expiration. Do you mean SPX option expiration on TH or OEX options on FRI....or does it really matter...meaning all will be accomplished by TH?

A stupid wave question. I have read many sites on the EW theory and reviewed the simplistic examples they have given. From this I have always assumed that when we are talking about a specific wave that the points would always be higher or lower than the previous wave. For example. An ABC correction wave I understand would probably be A with 5 parts, B with 3 parts, and C with 5 parts. Given the ABC I would assume that A's lowest point would be higher than C's ending point. Within A or C I would assume that 1's lowest higher than 3's lowest and that is higher than 5's lowest and so on. Is this correct???? Is it possible to be any other way...such as 1 and 3's lowest at the same level.

Also, could you have more than 5 parts to a wave or more than 3 parts or are you then talking another level down where it would be a sub-part of the 5 parts.....if you understand what I mean. ACK! This gets confusing in a hurry, doesn't it?

TIA
