I had a Russian Blue once, great cat. I lived in Newark in a Fraternity house.

Oh, this is Off Topic BTW.

Anyway, we would be watching Star Trek...the Engineering nerds could tell you what the Star Date was.

We would watch and suddenly 6 mouse traps would kick off within about 35 seconds.

So my little niece gave me Ged...a name I came up with from a Fantasy by Ursula K. LeGuin. 6 months after I moved to the Isle of Long they were still finding mouse bones in that house in Newark.

What a great cat he was, he would come when he was called. We had another, the model escapes me. Ah, a Burmese. A female, Ged had to wait for her to finish eating before he could partake. I will never forget her wonder when she finished her meal that night I put Ged to sleep. She wandered around the entire house, obviously looking for him.
