I don't think so. if this illegal then every newsletter recommendation is illegal too, you got the point ? (or those all newsletters recommendation are illegal ???).

and the most important point, decision to buy or not to buy his stockpick is still in your/our hand

Any others opinions ?

Abi

Hey Mark,

It's always good to do your homework before you comment. There is nothing illegal in researching a stock and buying it. Then if you want to share your picks with others that is up to you. Joe almost always posts along with DD. What makes Joe unique is how often he's right. Now you want him to not buy on his on hard work and research until he tells everyone else (someone needs to ground themselves in reality.)

The only "scheme" here is that you seem to be ignorant of the law. Sorry, I've already done my DD and my high profile attorney colleagues on Wall Street, don't think there is anything wrong with sharing your DD either before or after you buy...

Regards,
Jack

PS Here's Joe's secret: Buy Low, Sell High (You think that's illegal.)

MM.....think you are very wrong in your opinion re: legality....if this is illegal so are stock clubs.

However, you are probably right in that we should require that TMex allow us to buy his picks before we do...also his website should be free and he should shoulder the cost of out trades......perhaps we could require him to reimburse losses......after all, its only fair.

Did you ever read "Atlas Shrugged" Mark????
