My understanding is that the moneystream are the two lives in the box one is short term and one is long term. The bars at the bottom are balance of power. The balance of power indicator is in my experinece a short term indicator.

Generally, I look for divergence for my best trades. In other words if money stream and BOP are going up but the stock is in a trading area and flat that would be a good sign.
