Gravis* Ground Zero.

gravis.com

*note: an officer of esecurities corporation was a former (1989-1992) Gravis Board Director along with the founders of Logitech (NASDAQ:LOGIY), was a major (13D) shareholder of Advanced Gravis (NASDAQ:GRVSF) now a wholly owned subsidiary of (NYSE:FO), member of key management team as Vice President of Business Development and Financial/Investor Relations, and responsible for listing Gravis on NASDAQ after bringing in major shareholders into Gravis, including the founder and Chairman of Costco (NASDAQ:COST). Said officer urged another Gravis Director and CFO of Logitech for Gravis to acquire ThrustMaster in 1991 anticipating huge success of the Mark I flightstick, then ThrustMaster's only product (and appx. 3 years before TMSRs public offering). Gravis founders objected pursuant to a NIH mentality and dismissed ThrustMaster as a non-event...it appears Gravis has finally listened...and TMSR is repeating history...
