Bill...

I'm real pinched for time tonight. Have a homeowner's meet to attend in just a few minutes. I've been watching FA and was interested to see you mention it. I didn't have a sig from OT on it for yesterday. But, with the default settings in place, I do get a new buy on it tonight, with an AR of 90.

I remember in my old version 2.5, signals would come and go. I thought they got rid of that problem since then. Did you have a buy on FA in the past few days (weeks)? Nothing shows on my screen since a sell signal on 2/19/98. Did you get that one? Maybe we aren't using the same settings.

I haven't had a chance to check out your other stocks, but will.

On the other hand, the two I mentioned last night did well today. As I mentioned was possible, I didn't participate in either one of these, much to my chagrin. GM closed today at 70, exactly "at the money" for the May 70 call. Made something like a 46% gain today in the call. It looks like there could be some resistance, probably minor, just above here, near 70.1875, which is mid point on the recent range. I don't think it will slow much, as momentum still looks good. Will want to watch RSI on this over the next couple of days for a probable point to exit, in case anyone did follow my suggestion.

GYM made the NYSE most actives today. Posting a full point gain for a move of 11.1% on the day. A big move for this stock, and, if I had been smart enough to participate, an alert to be ready to take profits. I think the way I would play this one would be with a tight stop in the area of 9.50, and hope the momentum will not let it fall back that far. If it doesn't fall back, it looks good for a couple more points soon.

I'm still getting organized with OT. I have about 3000 symbols that I update daily. I want to get virtually ALL of them into a profile sooner than later. I also want to select a good number of them for the "breakout" and the "divergence" profiles. You doing anything with these alternative (or others) profiles?

Finally, is anyone else out there?? I hope so! Join in here and we can all learn something.
