I thought that phd was supposed to be one of dssi's better products and if indeed $7MM is the sale price, which is not exactly what the release says, it seems like a very low price for such a seemingly promising product. I see many computer resellers sell for less than 1 times sales, so 1 times sales for this part of the business in a foreign country is not real conservative, the Cybercard product is a bust, DSSI has debt and management does not keep shareholders informed. Perhaps Omer can clarify the sale details and management thinking here. I hope management is more forthcoming on Comverge plans and achievements.

Did you see Amir's article in the Globes? Sounded pretty negative like DSSI sold PHD because they needed the money because Tower is down. Not good.
