Ron,

If Dividend increases, I think we will see a rise in price.
I will buy below $18 but have no idea when to time. I just
look at historical PE. When it dips below 7, I think its a
strong buy.

Ron,Do you have any thoughts about the company's sales ability? Can the sales force bring in customers in good and bad times? How big is the sales force? My feeling is that revenue growth is the key to explosive growth in the stock price.
