Berney,

I think we agree on much. I don't necessarily advocate selling everything even though I tend to think the market is much more overvalued than conventional wisdom holds. I have a set of conditions for purchase and a set for selling. The portfolio composition finds its own level when those qualitative and value rules are applied. Right now I more conservatively invested than at any time in my life by far. I used to be 95% in equities and upset that I had 5% cash and no ideas. Now, I can't find anything that I believe represents good value on an absolute basis. I think I can find many companies that represent good relative value and should outperform the market over the long term. I just expect the next 5-10 years to be a monumental disappointment if I am correct about the less obvious valuation issues.
