Gary,

Quit pxxxing and moaning. If you want to do something, do it. File a lawsuit, go to Florida and scare the living Bejesus out of them, use your experience in these situations. Yes its BS and yes its non sense, but sitting here and saying well lets do something, without saying what to do and ranting and raving isn't accomplishing jack.
