I'm predicting a pretty bad day for the market on Wednesday, and possibly Thursday also. Anyway, if Wednesday is as bad as it looks like it will be, then that will be a good test of VVUS's strength. If VVUS can hold its ground while the overall market is losing one or two hundred points then you'll know that the worst has been experienced and the road to recovery lay ahead. Incidentally, I think those VVUS 40 by Oct guys have been taking some other drugs than VVUS. I think 15 is a reasonable goal to shoot for, though admittedly VVUS never does anything reasonable.
Too bad for all you longs on VVUS that management never did anything with all that money they had rolling in before Viagra to develop any new drugs or anything. That should have been a warning that long term VVUS was a loser. As I mentioned last year, the urethal delivery system is an excellent idea, just one peculiarly unsuited for ED. There could have been a vast panorama of possible drugs developed with that system but instead VVUS sat on their ass and got rich... As long as VVUS has a reasonable p/e and good earnings I think buying in the 8-10 range is pretty safe. If earnings evaporate, then so could VVUS.

Geez, everytime, I started long this thing, it gapped me down. Fortunately, only a couple of K today. If I long another a couple of K, you guys think it will gap down further tomorrow?

BigKNY3 had a crystal ball predicting the bottom is $8.
