Max my 2 cents on the above is CON and DHI combined will have a confirmed backlog of over 1 Billion dollars. Rate hikes or not, I don't see them slowing down in the near future.

I also don't see interest rates rising in the near future either.

Max, you're right. DHI is an interest rate sensitive stock and would fall on an interest rate hike at least temporarily. For me, it would create a great buying opportunity. Interest rates, should they be increased in the near future are still low and there seems to be a pent up housing demand. We appear to have recovered from the overbuilding of the 80's.

BTW, I didn't know that there was a DHI thread on SI. Could not find it. Can you give us a link?
