Hi Albert, In short, my model is a multi-dimensional cross-correlation with waiting functions (how important a given variable is). I have also included the higher-order moments to include the nonlinearities, saturations and divergences. The price predictor becomes less sensitive as time increases; i.e. the nonlinearities dominate and you need more expansion moments to compensate--- this has its own weakness.
