Baird, good point- decreasing expenses is very importan to ESV- with debt/interest costs dropping all across the oil/oilfield service sector including ESV, that reduces cost of capital...

Look at RDC's earnings release of Jan 14th. Their CEO specifically references that reduced cost of capital improving earnings outlook....

Sincerely,

Doug F.

Keithpack from the ESV yahoo thread posted this morning:

Unless I read the filing incorrectly, yesterday FMR Corp. aka "Fidelity" filed with the SEC to state that they no longer hold an over 5% position (they had held 13% recently). I believe they are still holding over 4%. If true, then FMR has been dumping ESV stock lately.

This would also add to the dampened stock action. Last winter I followed TIMT. One of their major brokerage owners sold and took it from 30 to about 24 in about 2 weeks. After they finished selling it made it up to 33.
