Dear Mark: While a much smaller Company than SYNT it seems to posess the characteristics of SYNT in that it has much business outside of Y2K, and access to Indian Programmers. Also it seems to have a nice Niche market in the large Insurers which should result in a lot of continuing business. I like CMND and I also own it. JDN
