Well the KTEL juggernaut seems to be intact, @ 9: 05 stock is indicated @17 5/8. It closed Thurs afternoon @ 6 5/8 and yesterday @ 14 15/16. Can you say speculative bubble?

JPM reported earnings today of $.80 below est of $.85 not good for banking stocks. It seems like the internet stocks are the only place
money managers can hide. It will be interesting to see if money shifts
from the banks to the internets today.

On another note S. Korea market was down 5.5% last night. Their biggest fear is a declining Yen (inevitable). Also IMF said Japan growth will be 0% (optimistic) until the 2nd half of the year. I wonder how Japan & Asia is going to handle those Y2K costs?
