Yes, I've read the news. From talking to people close to the chip makers, I understand there's some question on how many Orckit will OEM and at what point Fujitsu will take over the bulk of the contract.

I also hear the contract is not exclusive. As you know Cisco was hoping to get part of the contract and I doubt they'll stop here.

Just my take.
