The ATXI may be closer to being inked than we think. Some sort of agreement must have been made for FAMH to have to submit financials to NASDAQ. Also, on a related note, the boss and I had an e-mail exchange: ME: "I have a question regarding financials: It looks like ATXI has a June fiscal year. Is FAMH waiting for this merger, then releasing 12 months of data after the June year-end ? If so, does that mean we will not see anything from FAMH until those numbers are released in mid-September ?" THE BOSS: "no released next week" The boss will come through. He is the man.
