Nuetral is the WORST rating any analyst will give any stock on Wall Street. NONE of them will ever rate a stock as SELL. Only 6% of all stocks are rated worse than nuetral right now. They have too much investment banking business to lose by pissing off a company and giving it a SELL rating. This FACT has been discussed ad infinitum in the press and CNBC, and it is generally agreed that a NUETRAL rating is the Wall Street "code" word for SELL THE STOCK.............;^)
