Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The poster on INTK is right. I just pulled the earnings release dated April 1 for the third quarter off my Dow Jones Interactive service. They made 1 cent v. 3 cents. Revenues down. Said revenues fell due to reductions in its Duke service contract. Inotek said Nasdaq informed the company that it is not in compliance with the $1 minimum price bid to remain listed on the Nasdaq small cap market. Nasdaq has given a May 28 deadline to meet the listing requirement.

They have made 2 cents for 9 months which, in my opinion, makes it overvalued at the current price.
