Les, how can there possibly be earnings. The release if dor the quarter ended February 28. The next quarter doesn not end until the end of may!! I suppose they could put out a release announcing expected earnings for the 4th quarter but not likely.

Just spoke with INTK IR and they will fax 4-1 press release to me this morning. Info previously posted about 4-1 press release seems accurate. Company is filing 10Q for third quarter today and I was advised there are no surprises therein. Also told there is no insider selling that they know of and no significant shares registered. (Might be a small seller of 1400 shares.)
