But the GTE system appears to use ORCKIT (ASIC) DSPs not TI.
Orckit is one of TXN's ASDL competitors.

Yes, I agree this doesn't help TI right now. I do think once the C6X is available in quantity the dynamics will change.

I'm going to TI's stockholders meeting and will try to find out more in-depth information while there.
