Jefferies - They are still somewhat niche - do some investment banking. They are in the process of transforming themselves though (as many no doubt seeing the potential premium of top IB), with a focus on telecom, energy (especially with dereg) and REITs.

Their WCII FC comments are pretty weak (though a report is due sometime soon).

Their salient FC bullet comment is that "WinStar is currently trading at a 54% discount to our estimated year-end 1998 asset value of $87 per share. The 52% upside to our $61 target price supports our BUY rating."
