Byelow,

Nice job of DD. Noticed in THRX's press release to set the
Annual Meeting date, that one of the items up for vote is the
increase in authorized shares. Is this to compensate for the
current split or to position the company for possible future
splits? Anyone got a view?

Thanks, as always, for the information. I'm not in touch with regular email as you know, for a while yet. Nice to see the uptick out of the 50's.

My apologies for the quick aside here, but nmgc looks ready to break out. Another positive strong buy.

Did the rep mention if demand is in place for the output of the new seeds from #5?
