(NASDAQ: NETT) announced today the production of a new television series, Crusade, which will begin on Turner Network Television (TNT) in January, 1999. TNT has purchased 22 episodes of the new series, which is expected to increase the revenue stream for Netter. A new two-hour original TNT film, A Call to Arms, will also be produced and will serve as a transitional lead into the Crusade series for Warner Bros. and TNT. Douglas Netter, chairman, CEO and president of Netter Digital Entertainment, Inc., and series creator J. Michael Straczynski will executive-produce both projects for Babylonian Productions, of which Netter Digital is the majority owner. Netter Digital Technologies, which currently provides the special effects for Babylon 5, is creating the special effects for the new movies and the Crusade series. Netter Digital Technologies is a division of Netter Digital Entertainment, Inc.
