Sorry, no particular significance of the filing here - I should have noted that in the post - but there is a detailed discussion of the financial results if you have an interest, I scanned thru and it was interesting to read their discussion with regard to some of the business and company specific issues - nothing we really all don't already know. Dave Kurtz has wanted me to go visit the Allen, Texas plant to get a feel for how things are going (and may go) when they get some work at the new plant - I noticed the filing indicated that things were slow there - nothing new. Did not want to waste anyone's time looking at size 2 font but it's a timely way to see what the company line is. The site does have a free tracking system that will send you an e-mail whenever a company you track files anything, and that's were I got the post. Maybe I have too much time on my hands - reading SEC filings is similar in a way to watching paint dry. :) Joe
