Pugs, it was necessary to show the illogical conclusions you present
and continue to, for whatever reason; but, it is time to return to
focusing on the company.

You make so many mistakes and twist things around that at first I suspected it was your lack of attention to details, but later realized
you do so purposely.

I specifically said, you being the person you are do not deserve
a response to questions, I in no way included the honest shareholders.
You made that up.

I do not have personal relations. You made that up.

It is a shame you continue to support Gary and Roland, but there must
be a more valid reason than the one expressed by Riley and you. You
have never validated the truth about the company, why?

You will never solve a problem by pretending things will get better
on their own, in this world.

On April 2nd, 1998, Ms. K. Cody, Counsel to the SEC wrote regarding a supoena received by them,

"corporate counsel of the SEC refused to provide info to supoena, because it could reasonably be expected to interfere with on
going investigations
...

Pugs, the truth is not anything like what you have been stating, but
instead reflects what I have been advising. The company was bad and
the SEC is in control and Gary and Roland are not positives in getting
the stock trading again. They do not have the green light as you claim
they do.

Yes, I said RMIL should be punished for what it did. It should be.
What they did was very wrong and people have been hurt because of it.
They broke the rules that they are governed by. It is not what you want to hear, but they are the facts, and logically one can expect
ramifications from their actions.

Therefore, the question is, what is the best direction for the shareholders to take. Wait around, and hope for the best, keeping in mind the track record, or to develop their own plan?

Your position is to wait which defers from mine. We have different
business backgrounds and that may explain our positions. Or it could
be something else.

In any manner, I believe you are wrong, and would think it is time
to stop going off on wild goose chases and instead focus on what is really going on. No matter how many times you say something which is
untrue, while some will be swayed to believe the lie, it won't make
it true.

Let's focus on the real situation and stop the personal attacks for awhile, since they have gone on too long.
