James, I checked with my SEC mavens before I posted. I have about 100 years of SEC experience available to me. They tell me that a form 144 is filed at the time of selling--imminent with sale. The filings you mentioned are dated such that those sales took place, at least that's the opinion of experienced professionals in the field. We do Rule 144 work for some of the biggest players in the country, one among the richest in america--whose colleague sits on the wcii board, and whom i see often--so, i believe this stock is sold already
