I think you will find there is more stock up at higher levels for sale than you think. I still think that the fund has stock to go as everytime the stock ate through .35 and hit .37, it filled in. None of this will make any difference as you have to keep in mind the dollar values of these trades. Someone coming in with a couple hundred thousand dollars of buying can do a lot of cleaning out. The settlement will be the difference and i see little happening with the stock until it arrives.

I agree with your post, very little downside lots of upside.

Could see a jump in this stock right away to .50 cents on any given

day, which one? They have all the variables in place, just the

property has to come to them.
